Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, soothes the physical body and balances energy within the etheric body. Reiki facilitates universal energy flow and channels such through the practitioner to the individual. Reiki is a potent form of alternative healing that has been shown to reduce stress and help with management of chronic illness. Reiki also facilitates tremendous emotional and spiritual healing. An energy session will also include either an oracle card reading, a tea leaf reading or a scrying session. An energy session will then conclude with a consult and discussion.
